Key Legal Clauses — Quick Access

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get2down's liability is limited to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Indirect, special, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Get2down retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies. Delivered assets are licensed to client per the agreement upon full payment.

Either party may terminate for material breach after written notice. Refunds are handled per the Statement of Work and payment schedule.

DMCA & Copyright

Get2down responds to valid copyright takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a claim, send a written notice by email to Get2down@gmail.com with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work;
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the site;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement of good faith belief; and
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
